The Market Maker's Long Game.
How I invest my own money for generational wealth — a 6-module framework I've built and refined across multiple market cycles. The same approach that flagged every major macro low across Bitcoin, Gold, and the S&P 500 for fifty years.
Most retail investors lose half their returns to behavior — not the market.
It's not because they pick bad assets. It's because they don't have a framework. When the next drawdown hits, they panic-sell at exactly the moments their framework would have told them to add.
"The single most consistent finding across 40+ years of investor research is that retail consistently underperforms the assets they own — by enormous margins."
The investors who actually compound across decades aren't smarter. They're not luckier. They have a written framework and they follow it. This course teaches you the framework that's caught every major macro bottom across three asset classes and five decades — then walks you through how to turn it into your own personal one-page operating system.
Six modules. One complete framework.
Each module ends with the next concrete decision you need to make. By Module 6, you'll have written down your own one-page long-term investing system — the deliverable 95% of self-described long-term investors don't actually have.
Who this course is for — and who it isn't.
Most courses promise something for everyone. This one doesn't. Long-term investing requires a specific temperament. Here's who gets the most out of this material.
You're ready to think in decades, not days.
- You hold or want to hold positions across multiple market cycles
- You want a framework you can apply to Bitcoin, gold, equities, and other long-term assets
- You've watched yourself panic-sell at bottoms before and want a written system that prevents it
- You're tired of investing on vibes, tweets, and other people's takes
- You want to understand the math of compounding well enough to make multi-decade decisions confidently
- You're either a beginner with capital or an intermediate investor who never wrote down a system
You want fast money or hot picks.
- You want short-term trading setups — that's a different course (the Operator Course covers that)
- You want specific buy/sell recommendations on individual assets
- You're looking for someone to make decisions for you instead of teaching you how to make your own
- You're not willing to spend ~4 hours of reading + videos to internalize the framework
- You want a "get rich quick" thesis — long-term compounding is the opposite
Eric Crown — Krown Trading founder.
I started my career on the New York Stock Exchange ARCA floor as an authorized trader and market maker, holding the Series 56 license required for that role. The floor experience gave me institutional context — orderflow, microstructure, how the machinery of markets actually operates from the inside — but I want to be honest about something most credential-led courses gloss over: market making is a short-term liquidity provision skill. It's a completely different mindset from long-term investing.
This course doesn't come from my market-making background. It comes from the years after the floor — building, testing, and refining a long-term investing framework with my own capital across multiple market cycles. This is what I actually do with my own money. The framework isn't theory I read about. It's what I run my own portfolio on, every cycle.
I started Krown Trading to teach what I've learned. The YouTube channel has grown to 200,000+ subscribers through years of cross-asset analysis, framework teaching, and walking through real market moves in real time. The Krown Trading community ("the Cave") has thousands of active members applying these frameworks daily.
What you'll get from this course isn't a Wall Street pedigree story. It's the operational framework I've personally built for the part of investing that actually compounds wealth across decades — long-term capital allocation, position management, and the discipline that separates the investors who compound from the ones who don't.
By the end of Module 6 — your own one-page system.
Most courses leave you with notes. This one leaves you with a written, operational, personal long-term investing system you can apply for the next 30 years.
One page. Five components. Three rules.
- Your Asset UniverseThe positions that passed the six-criteria audit and earned a long-term seat.
- Phase Identification MethodHow you'll measure which cycle phase each asset is in — manually or via tooling.
- Conviction ThresholdYour personal threshold for "stack converged" — written down before emotion can override it.
- Drawdown ProtocolWhat you do when a long-term position is down 60% — decided before it happens.
- Audit + Rebalance CadenceMonthly audit. Quarterly rebalance. SPX as the underperformance benchmark.
- Your Three Personal RulesThe leverage rule, the allocation rule, the position-management rule — written, non-negotiable, applied consistently.
FAQ.
Is this course actually free?
Yes. Free, in full, no upsells inside the course content itself. The course includes six modules of written content plus video walkthroughs, all delivered through Teachable. You enroll, you get access, you finish.
There are products mentioned at the end of certain modules — the LTI indicator tool, the upcoming krong.ai analyst, the active-trading Trading Bible — but none of them are required to benefit from the course material, and the course is designed to deliver standalone value even if you never buy anything else.
How long does it take to complete?
The course is ~4 hours of total content across six modules. Most readers complete one module per day across a week. Some prefer to read the full course in a single weekend. The pacing is yours — the course is permanent.
The actionable work (writing your one-page system in Module 6) takes another 30-60 minutes of focused effort once you've read the framework.
I'm a complete beginner — is this too advanced?
The course is designed for beginners with capital and intermediate investors who never wrote down a system. If you understand what a stock and an ETF are, you have the prerequisites.
The framework uses some technical concepts — volatility regime, momentum exhaustion, structural positioning — but every concept is taught from first principles. The course doesn't assume you already know the vocabulary. It teaches you the vocabulary as it builds the framework.
Is this just for crypto, or does it work on stocks too?
Both. The framework is asset-agnostic by design. Module 05 demonstrates it across Bitcoin (14 years), Gold (50 years), and the S&P 500 (nearly 50 years). The same six criteria identify high-value zones on all three.
The tuning is per-asset (each asset's volatility profile is different) but the universal logic is identical. Most students apply the framework to a mix of Bitcoin, broad-market ETFs, sector ETFs, and select individual equities.
Do I need to buy any tools or indicators to use what I learn?
No. The framework can be applied entirely manually using free charting tools like TradingView's standard indicators. Module 05 explicitly walks through the six criteria with universally available inputs (BBWP, RSI, moving averages, percentile-based metrics).
The Krown LTI tool is a paid indicator that operationalizes the framework automatically — but it's an efficiency upgrade, not a requirement. Many students run the framework manually for years before deciding whether the tool is worth it.
What's the difference between this course and the Trading Bible / Operator Course?
Different time horizons, different jobs. This course (The Long Game) is about long-term wealth across decades — the capital you don't touch. The Trading Bible is the flagship active-trading course covering crypto, options, and equities. The Operator Course covers systematic execution across multiple asset classes with automated tooling.
Many readers run all three frameworks in parallel — long-term capital in the Long Game system, active trading in the Trading Bible, systematic execution in the Operator framework. They cover different jobs with different time horizons.
Is this financial advice?
No. Krown Trading and Eric Crown are not registered investment advisors. All content in this course is for educational and informational purposes only and should not be construed as personalized investment, financial, legal, or tax advice.
The course teaches a framework. The framework's job is to help you make better-informed decisions about your own capital — not to make decisions for you. Trading and investing involve substantial risk of loss, including loss of principal. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
You can keep investing the way you've been investing — or you can build a system.
Four hours. Six modules. One page of operational discipline you'll use for the rest of your investing life. Free, in full, no catch.
